Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 26, 2024 it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy.

This final offsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace existing RTU unit to bring the HVAC system into conformance with the 2022 FGI.

This is a three-story Type II (000) unprotected, non-combustible building which is fully sprinklered. Surgery center is on the ground floor only. No basement.
