Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on July 25, 2022, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to existing nuclear medicine scanner rooms one and two, this also included the replacement of a (gamma) camera with a new Siemens Nuclear Camera. These areas received updated ceiling, floor covering and case work with relocation of sprinkler heads. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-22-0519.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and sub-basement, that is partially sprinklered.
