Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on February 26, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

These Occupancy Surveys were conducted for the following:

1. Alterations to replace equipment in the nuclear camera room. This Final Inspection included the nuclear camera room. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-1192.
2. Alterations to renovate the sterile storage room on the third floor in the surgical department. This Final Inspection included the sterile storage room on the third floor. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-1213.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is partially sprinklered.
