Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on June 12, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations on Level 7, in an outpatient clinic, to upgrade the blood draw and blood draw HVAC System by installing a new exhaust fan. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-24-0335.

This is a seven-story, Type II (222), protected non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
