Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on July 11, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace air handling Unit S-33 on the roof of the fifth floor of the hospital. Refer to Drawing Index Number: H-23-0345.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is partially sprinklered.
