Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 29, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase III Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to add a fourth Linear Accelerator, add exam rooms, and relocate the Waiting and Registration Room, within the existing Radiation Oncology Department on the ground floor of the N Building; limited to Exam Rooms 7 NG869, 8 NG869.1, 9 NG869.3, 10 NG869.5, 11 NG869.6, 12 NG869.7, Corridor NGCO2.3, Corridor NGC14.1, Storage NG867.4, Storage NG869.4, Touchdown Station NG867.6, Touchdown Station NG868.1, Touchdown Station NG869.2, Physicist Work Station NG866, Nurses' Station NG867.3, Alcove NG867.5, Meds NG868 and Toilet NG 869.8.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
