Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 18, 2019, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase 2 and Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert the former Pediatric Waiting Area to EKG Testing and Quick Care Rooms, relocate the Cashier Office adjacent to the ED exit and convert two Seclusion Rooms to Patient Treatment Rooms, lower level, N Building: limited to Quick Care and EKG Consult Rooms.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
