Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 6, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase II Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to add a 4th Linear Accelerator, add exam rooms, and relocate the Waiting and Registration Room within the existing Radiation Oncology Department, on the ground floor of the N Building; limited to Storage Room NG973.6, Nurse Work NG973.5, Registration NG973.2, Waiting NG972.2, Coffee Area HG973.3, Patient Toilet NG973.4 and Vestibule NG973.1A.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
