Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on October 2, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to the first floor to create a testing area and relocate storage to enable fifth floor project.

Areas/Rooms inspected: First floor exam rooms and 2- storage rooms.

Refer to drawing numbers: H-24-0465 and H-24-0721.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is partially sprinklered.
