Scheie Eye Building

Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on February 20, 2020, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This Phase 6 Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to upgrade finishes, fixtures, and the HVAC system, and to modify public and staff areas, Third Floor Acute Care for Elders Unit, Scheie Eye Building.

Areas Inspected: Patient Rooms SC 326, SC 328, SC 330, SC 332, SC 334, and completion of corridor SC 339.

Refer to Drawing Numbers H-18-0379, Revisions H-18-0809, H-19-0016, H-19-1127, Sprinklers H-18-1276.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, which is partially sprinklered.
