Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 5, 2020, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase 2 and Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations replace CT and X-Ray equipment, renovate the X-Ray Room, and add med gas outlets in CT and X-Ray Rooms, 1st floor main hospital; limited to X-Ray Room 3043E.

This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement and sub-basement, which is partially sprinklered.
