Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on July 10, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to upgrade isolation panels and electrical receptacles, in OR's 1 thru 4, on the 3rd floor Surgery Suite; to include OR 1 and OR 1 Sub-Sterial Room only.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, without a basement, which is partially sprinklered.
