Initial comments:

This report is the result of an occupancy survey conducted on May 22, 2025, at UPMC Passavant - McCandless Campus which included sixth floor annex including: patient room 6723, patient room 6724, patient room 6725, patient room 6726, patient room 6727, patient room 6728, patient room 6729, patient room 6730, patient room 6731, patient room 6732, corridor area 6700 D, 6700C and 6700 E, nurses station 6808, medication room 6807, clean storage room 6805, nourishment room 6802, and soiled utility room 6803. Based on the occupancy survey, it was determined the facility was in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 Pa Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998 and the current edition of the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Health Care Facilities.
