Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine (CAM), Proton Therapy, and TRC

Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on August 6, 2024, and completed on August 9, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace existing equipment and replace flooring 3rd floor PCAM Sterile Processing Department.

Areas/Room Inspected: 3rd floor PCAM sterile processing department- new equipment & flooring.

Refer to Drawing Number H-24-0040 and H-24-0640.

This is a twelve-story, (Perelman (CAM) is six stories - Concourse Level, Ground Floor, First-Fifth Floors, and Underground Parking Levels P1, P2, and P3), (Proton Therapy is two-stories), and (TRC is twelve stories), Type II (222), fire resistive structure, which is fully sprinklered.
