Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine (CAM), Proton Therapy, and TRC

Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 22, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace existing equipment and flooring, on the third floor, in PCAM Sterile Processing Department.

This is a twelve-story, (Perelman (CAM) is six stories - Concourse Level, Ground Floor, First-Fifth Floors, and Underground Parking Levels P1, P2, and P3), (Proton Therapy is two-stories), and (TRC is twelve stories), Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
