Replacement Hosp at UPMC Pinnacle Memorial

Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on August 2, 2019, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for a replacement hospital for existing long term acute care hospital, Select Specialty Hospital at York Hospital.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), protected noncombustible structure, with a ground floor, which is fully sprinklered.
