Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on October 25, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace Class 2 IR equipment, phasing includes use of temporary Mobil Unit; to include Locker Room 110, Changing Rooms 111 & 112 and Vestibule 116.

This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
