Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 22, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the existing Boiler Condensate System. This project includes replacing the existing deaerator and surge tank with a " Duotank " that combines the function of the deaerator and surge tank into a single skid-mounted application. Work is being conducted in the Boiler Plant building. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-0288.

This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
