Based on 2- Occupancy Surveys conducted on January 25, 2024, and completed on February 2, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

1. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to convert unused spaces in the wound care Suite to Outpatient Electrocardiogram Rooms for the Cardiac Services Department, on the first floor.

Areas inspected: on the first floor Main building Cardiac Services New Outpatient Electrocardiogram Rooms.

2. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to convert a vacant MRI Room to a class 2 Ultrasound Procedure Room in the Radiology Department, on the first floor.

Areas inspected: on the first floor Main Radiology Department.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is partially sprinklered.
