Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on July 30, 2024, and completed on August 23,2024 it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a 20 bed observation unit on the first floor with an addition of 3,000 square feet.

This is a nine-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with penthouses and a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
