Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on February 15, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a 20 bed observation unit on the first floor. This phase is for new locker rooms.

This is a nine-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with penthouses and a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
