Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 24, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to install security turnstiles in the Lenfest Building, required exiting maintained at swing doors.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement and penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
