Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on June 20, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new acute care health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to fit out the shell space, on the 1st floor, to create a class 2 imaging suite; limited to Corridor 1400, Pre/Post Op Bay 1401, Pre/Post Op Bay 1402, Pre/Post Op Bay 1403, Pre/Post Op Bay 1404, Nurse 1405, Soiled 1406, Clean Supply 1407, Reading Room 1408, Corridor 1409, IR 1410, Control Room 1411 and Equipment Room 1412.

This is a three story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
