Initial comments:

This report is the result of an on-site occupancy survey conducted on March 28, 2025, at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital which included Phase 2 and final occupancy survey to the basement and 1st floor alterations. Alterations in the basement rearranged spaces to create more storage and offices. The 1st floor alterations rearranged existing rooms in the laboratory and echo room 2 to create a new PFT Testing Room. The occupancy also included new PFT testing equipment, Platinum Elite Series Plethysmograph PFT System. Based on the occupancy survey, it was determined the facility was in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 Pa Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998 and the current edition of the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Health Care Facilities.
