Initial comments:

This report is the result of an occupancy survey conducted on April 12, 2024, at St. Luke ' s Hospital - Monroe Campus which included Construction to provide a new four-story East Tower to the existing hospital including a new Cardiopulmonary Rehab Outpatient Suite B590, Retail Pharmacy, Surgical Services, and 2nd floor Medical/Surgical Unit with 36 new medical/surgical beds. This increased the total beds from 98 to 134 beds. Based on the occupancy survey, it was determined the facility was in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998 and the current edition of the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Health Care Facilities.
