Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on June 03, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This Phase 1, onsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations at UPMC Williamsport Outpatient Emergency Department (OED) to replace nonfunctioning x-ray equipment with an existing x-ray machine located off campus at another UPMC site. Minor work is required to bring this room back to functioning as a Class 1 imaging room.

This is a five story, Type II (000) unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
