Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 3, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This final offsite, Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to upgrade the fire alarm system to support elevator 9, installing heat detectors and shunt trips. Refer to Drawing Number; H-22-0454.

This is a four story Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and roof top mechanical spaces, which is fully sprinklered.
