Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on August 29, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new hospital health care occupancy.

This final offsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for a record set of plans to show use of former E.D. space on level as an Observation unit. Revision shows minor renovations to add two more rooms to the observation area.

Refer to Drawing Numbers; H-23-0240 and H-23-0640.

This is a four story, Type II (222), fire resistive, fully sprinklered structure, with a partial basement and rooftop mechanical space.
