Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on November 8, 2021, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing psychiatric hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the existing fire pump, located in the Boiler Room.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered. This facility is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building.
