Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on October 23, 2023, at The Surgery Center Of The Pennsylvania Hospital, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement and a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.

Approved as a Class C Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
