Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on June 12, 2024, and completed on January 12, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace two existing nuclear cameras with one SPECT CT on the second floor.

Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-23-0755, H-24-0338.

This is a six story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
