Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on August 5, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to relocate and enlarge a resident physician lounge and workroom which is located on the 8th floor of the facility, within an existing neurosurgical intensive care unit

Refer to Drawing Number H-23-1257.

This is an eight story, Type II (222) fire resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
