Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on April 4, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert an existing Outpatient Clinic to a new Outpatient Burn and HIV Clinic in the Basement of Rock and Park Avenue Pavilions.

This is a nine-story, Type II (222), fire-resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
