Based on a Phase 2 Occupancy Survey completed on February 06, 2020, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.

This Phase Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to upgrade finishes, including replacing countertops and light fixtures throughout the southeast wing, on the fifth floor, of the hospital. Refer to drawing number H-19-0950 and revision H-19-1267.

This phase consisted of rooms NICU bays 519, 520, 521, 524, 525, 526, 528, 529, 530 and 531.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
