Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 21, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.

This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for renovations to the SVH retail pharmacy to create space for the Parata Max 2 pill counting robot. This project will include new wall protection, shelving, flooring, ceilings, electrical devices, and a relocated check-out window accessible from the main lobby. Refer to drawing numbers H-24-0078 (original) and H-24-0471 (sprinkler).

This is an eleven-story, Type II (000), unprotected, non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
