Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 11, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory care health care occupancy.

This Phase 2 and Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace two MRI units with new MRI's. Minor work to install sinks and modify spaces included with this work; limited to MRI 49 2213 and Equipment Room 2215.

This is a three-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, without a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
