Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on August 15, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for the installation of 2 layers of 5/8 inch fire X drywall secured to the existing 5/8 inch drywall, located above the block wall, extending to the corrugated metal deck above, on the stairtower side, equal to the ULV497.

This is a three-story, Type V(000), unprotected wood frame structure, with a partial basement, which is fully sprinklered.
