Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on April 15, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final onsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create an outpatient area on the second floor with an outpatient access corridor to the sleep study and bronch/endo procedure rooms and a pulmonary function testing room. Included is office space for respiratory and on-call room. The renaming of existing rooms to med/surge. The third floor will expand the pharmacy and relocate the physical therapy office.

Refer to Drawing Numbers H-23-0645, H-23-1114, H-23-1115, H-23-1148 and H-24-0185.

This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
