Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on December 23, 2019, and completed on December 30, 2019, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Nursing healthcare occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Minor alterations and cosmetic upgrades to renovate approximately 1350 square feet of office space once utilized as a multi-purpose and game room. Areas Inspected: 1st floor Rooms 170 and 171.

Refer to Drawing Number H-19-1393.

This is a seven story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a sub-basement and a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
