Initial comments:
This report is for new equipment, Medical Air Compressor (3500), located on the neonatal units in the Preston Building on the 4th and 5th floors; Ultrasound Unit (S10), located in the Perinatal Evaluation and Treatment Unit; Enteral Feeding Pump (385400), located in the Food and Nutrition Services Department, beginning on August 19, 2024. Pennsylvania Hospital of The University Of Pa Health System attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
