Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on June 28, 2021, and completed on July 2, 2021, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Nursing health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations and Renovations to existing Nursing Home.

Areas Inspected: Existing Nursing Building, Second Floor, Resident Rooms 201 through 209, Nurses' Station, Closet, Janitor's closet, Soiled Room, Linen Closet 235, 2- Closets, Entry 235, and Corridor 234.

Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-18-1207, H-19-0789, H-19-1521, H-20-0078, H-20-0470, and H-20-0711.

This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible construction, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
