Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 11, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This phase 1, offsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace equipment in two Class 1 imaging rooms (room #s 01013 & 01037). Project to be completed in two phases. 1st floor. Phase 1 is for for Xray room #1.

Refer to drawing index number H-23-1008.

This is a six story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered
