Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on August 2, 2023, at Robert Packer Hospital Endoscopy Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.

This is a five story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
