Based on four Occupancy Surveys completed on May 16, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing healthcare occupancy.

These Occupancy Surveys were conducted for the following:

1. Alterations to repair and upgrade the existing fire alarm system throughout the building. This phase four and final inspection included the ambulatory surgery center. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-22-0048.
2. Alterations to renovate and expand the surgical suite on the third floor. This Phase 4 inspection included four pre/post bays, control desk, soiled utility room, three bathrooms, a waiting station, OR manager's office, a charting room, and an equipment storage room. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers: H-21-0735, H-22-0049, H-22-0312, H-22-1016, H-22-1303, and H-23-0447.
3. Alterations to make minor modifications to eight rooms in the hospital. This final inspection included Staff Lounge 7242, Family Waiting Room 7201, on call rooms 5002B, 5004, 5005, 5006, and 5007, and Clean Supply Room 3223J. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-24-0262.
4. Alterations to convert a small unused waiting room in the Ed observation unit to an exam room used for emergency eye exams. This final inspection included the exam room. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-24-0358.

This is a twelve-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
