Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on February 4, 2021, and completed on February 11, 2021, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital Health Care Occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to add one cross-corridor door to the East Wing, add three cross-corridor doors to the West Wing, and modify the Gym Training Kitchen.

Areas Inspected: Third Floor, East Wing Gym, Door 300F2.

This is a six story, Type II (000), unprotected, non-combustible construction, which is fully sprinklered.
