This report is for new equipment,Treadmill Gait Training System (55 PPS Med 55), located in the 4th floor Rehab Gym; Heart Rate Monitor (Model 2L)-50 Count, located at 1500 South Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, Pa. 19148, 1513 Race Street, Philadelphia, Pa. 19102, 400 North Buckstown Road, Langhorne, Pa. 19047, beginning on April 15, 2024. Magee Rehabilitation Hospital attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
