Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on June 12, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to install HUGS Infant Protection System on 1st floor doors throughout the building, Women and Babies Campus; limited to 23 existing units and 4 new units.

This is a two-story, Type III (211), protected ordinary structure, with a partial basement, which is fully sprinklered.
