This report is for new equipment, Alcor miniiSed, BD Bactec FX40, Labconco LogicPlus Biosafety Hood, Cardinal DASH 12 Centrifuge, Cardinal DASH COAG Centrifuge, Cardinal FLEX 6 Centrifuge, Cardinal Health Tube Rocker, Cole Parmer Incubator, Siemens EPOC, Fisherbrand Heat Block, Helmer Blood Bank Freezer, Helmer Blood Bank Refrigerator, Helmer Freezers, Helmer PF15 Platelet Agitator, Helmer Refrigerators, Immucor/Werfen ECHO, Abbott iSTAT beginning on June 17, 2024. The Penn Highlands State College Hospital attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
