Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 19, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing nursing health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert the current (32) skilled nursing beds, in the Goshen Wing of the Cotter Building to (24) Personal Care/Memory Care Units, licensed by PA Department of Human Services (DHS). The balance of (64) skilled nursing beds, in the Birmingham and Bradford Wings, will remain and function as existing.

This is a one-story, Type V(III), protected wood frame structure, without a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
