Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 26, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the MRI in the second floor imaging department. Refer to drawing numbers H-23-0811 (original), H-23-1022 (revision), and H-23-1107 (sprinkler).

This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
