Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on October 15, 2019, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This final occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to create a new cancer treatment/infusion therapy center for outpatients on the second floor. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers H-19-0132, H-19-0045, H-19-0719 and H-19-0974.

This is a four-story, Type II(222), Fire Resistive building, without a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
