Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on August 12, 2020, and completed on October 09, 2020, it was determined there were deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to expand the Pharmacy and upgrade to US-797 and 800 requirements, Seventh Floor.

Areas Inspected: Seventh Floor, Office S709A.

Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-18-0722, Sprinkler H-19-1638, Revision H-20-0117.

This is a ten story, Type II (222), fire-resistive construction, with a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
