Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on September 6, 2022, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This final occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to replace the doors to private infusion rooms 3 and 4 on the 2nd floor of the Cancer Center, includes the relocation of a med-gas zone valve. Refer to drawing number; H-22-0542.

This is a three story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, that is fully sprinklered.
