Good Shepherd Rehab New Campus

Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on June 30, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new rehabilitation hospital health care occupancy.

This final offsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for the construction of a new four story, 76 bed inpatient only replacement hospital.

Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-21-0497, H-21-0973, H-22-0810 and H-23-0296.

This is a four story, Type II (222), protected noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
