New Torresdale ED Building

Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 4, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert shell space on the second floor into offices and create outpatient exam space in the existing administrative space on the third floor.

Areas Inspected: Third floor outpatient exam offices.

Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-23-0658, H-24-0452 and H-25-0181.

This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
