Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 18, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing nursing health care occupancy.

This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to renovate 1st floor public spaces and 2nd floor core area and public spaces, creating two neighborhoods to include Oxygen Storage 220, Charting 228, Meds 229, Storage 230A, (E) Office 231, Sensory Room 240 and Care Base 250.

This is a two-story, Type II (111), protected noncombustible structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
