Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on March 28, 2023, at Endoscopy Center of Geisinger Lewistown Hospital, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.

This is a three-story, Type III (200), unprotected ordinary structure, which is fully sprinklered.
