Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 8, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the fire panel. This inspection included the fire alarm for the facility. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-24-0174 and H-24-0654.

This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
