Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on November 19, 2019, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to install oxygen and vacuum medical gases, and automatic sprinkler protection, to convert six third floor rooms into Phase II recovery rooms. Refer to drawing index number H-18-1733 and H-19-0759.

This is a six story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a rooftop mechanical space, that is partially sprinklered.
