Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 21, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace nuclear camera, renovate imaging suite on the ground floor, and temporarily relocate outpatient mammography. Refer to Drawing Number H-23-0828 and H-24-0409.

This is a one story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
